This year has been full of firsts - first virtual back to school night, first virtual observation, and now my first set of virtual conferences. Even though my conferences will look different this year, there are a few things that I've been able to salvage that has helped me facilitate meaningful discussions with parents. In this week's episode, I'll be sharing how I planned and prepped for my conferences as well as some suggestions for how to set up your space to make navigating the technology during your conferences a little easier.
